In August of 2009, the Missouri General Assembly passed a statute covering out of hospital do-not-resuscitate orders.   As a courtesy to our citizens, we have placed links to resources offered by the Department of Health and Senior Services.  Citizens may pick up the new “purple” form at our administrative station at 805 NE Jefferson, Blue Springs.
